Normally we will send your order within 5 to 7 Days, however, in the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order promptly, we will contact you by e-mail, letter or telephone.

 

We will only use Silver Service, Post Office Delivery,

A charge of £5.50 is added to each order placed.

 

A charge of £10.00 is added to each order placed.

 

If an exchange is required thiis charge will not apply on the first exchange only.

 

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are
happy to refund or exchange items.

Should any garment be unsuitable, it can be returned to us, unworn, to
Lingerie by Carol C/O Carols of Bishops Stortford, 84 South Street, Bishops
Stortford, Herts, CM23 3BG within 14 working days from the day the goods are
received. Please use the original packaging, undamaged, with all labels
intact and in perfect condition. We advise that you use recorded delivery or
an equivalent when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for
items lost in transit. Please use the returns form when returning goods.
Please take care when trying on garments, as marked items cannot be
refunded. Also due to hygiene reasons please use briefs when trying on
bodies, briefs, strings etc. We will credit the amount of the returned goods
to your card within 14 days from receipt of item, excluding the original
postage and packaging charge which is non-refundable.

Please note carriage costs for returning garments (including insurance) are
the responsibility of the customer.

When a refund is required it will be provided upon receipt of goods. If an
alternative is requested we will make any necessary adjustment to the
original credit card when the new order is sent.
