Royal Mail 48 second class, 3 - 5 working days; £3.95

Royal Mail 24 first class, 1 - 2 working days; £4.95

 

We can only send items to mainland UK.

Return & Refund Policy

If an item is bought on the website but becomes out of stock before we can fulfil the order, we will contact the customer ASAP to offer a refund or to offer amended delivery times.

 

Caution must be observed when trying on Lingerie. Ensure that you are not wearing fake tan, cosmetics, deodorant or anything that could leave a scent or mark.

Any undergarments (briefs, knickers, thongs, bottoms, swimwear etc) must only be tried on over other underwear for hygiene reasons.

All products returned must be in a resellable, undamaged & unworn, condition. This includes that all original packaging and tags be intact.

 

Returned items must have a completed returns note (this will come with the item – alternatively it can be downloaded here).

Carols of Bishops Stortford Ltd t/a Lingeriebycarol.co.uk reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or have been damaged or used once received. This does not affect your statutory rights. It is important that you note that we must receive your item back in original perfect condition and packaging within 28 days of the item being delivered to you.

 

We unfortunately cannot offer free returns. Carols of Bishops Stortford Ltd t/a Lingeriebycarol.co.uk cannot be held responsible for returned goods that become lost in transit, we therefore strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service and keep a record of this.

 

Once we have received the item in a condition outlined in this section, we will process your refund ASAP however this may take up to 10 working days.
