How can I locate my order and how long will it take to be delivered?
The Lingerie by Carol team always aim to get your order out as soon as possible. All orders made Monday-Friday are aimed to be packaged and shipped within 48 hours. Depending on which postage chosen at checkout will determine how long until the delivery should reach the delivery address. All deliveries can be subject to delay from the postal company used.
Current postage options are;
Royal Mail Tracked 48; 3-5 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 – 2 working days
For UK orders, we use a tracked Royal Mail service to offer peace of mind, whilst your order is in transit. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email, containing a tracking number, to allow you to trace and locate your parcel on the following website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Can I return an item and how can I do it?
Yes, you can return any unworn items within 28 days of placing your order, as long as the item & packaging is returned in a resellable, undamaged & unworn condition with all tags attached to the garment.
Caution must be observed when trying on Lingerie. Ensure that you are not wearing fake tan, cosmetics, deodorant or anything that could leave a scent or mark.
Any undergarments (briefs, knickers, thongs, bottoms, swimwear etc) must only be tried on over other underwear for hygiene reasons.

We unfortunately cannot offer free returns. Carols of Bishops Stortford Ltd t/a Lingeriebycarol.co.uk cannot be held responsible for returned goods that become lost in transit, we therefore strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service and keep a record of this.

Your refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt of your returns parcel.
Once we have received the item in a condition outlined in this section, we will process your refund ASAP however this may take up to 10 working days.
