This website offers visitors to purchase lingerie & associated products that will be offered on this site. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

All online facilities made available are provided on an availability basis. No guarantee is given that the service will be free of defects or faults. However, we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the website is secure & free of errors, viruses & other malware.

Return & Refund Policy
If an item is bought on the website but becomes out of stock before we can fulfill the order, we will contact the customer ASAP to offer a refund or to offer amended delivery times.
Caution must be observed when trying on Lingerie. Ensure that you are not wearing fake tan, cosmetics, deodorant or anything that could leave a scent or mark.
Any undergarments (briefs, knickers, thongs, bottoms, swimwear etc) must only be tried on over other underwear for hygiene reasons.
All products returned must be in a resellable, undamaged & unworn, condition. This includes that all original packaging and tags be intact.
Returned items must have a completed returns note (this will come with the item – alternatively it can be downloaded here).
Carols of Bishops Stortford Ltd t/a Lingeriebycarol.co.uk reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or have been damaged or used once received. This does not affect your statutory rights. It is important that you note that we must receive your item back in original perfect condition and packaging within 28 days of the item being delivered to you.
We unfortunately cannot offer free returns. Carol’s of Bishops Stortford Ltd t/a Lingeriebycarol.co.uk cannot be held responsible for returned goods that become lost in transit, we therefore strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service and keep a record of this.
Once we have received the item in a condition outlined in this section, we will process your refund ASAP however this may take up to 10 working days.
Gift Vouchers and Discount Offers

Gift vouchers can’t be used to buy gift vouchers. They can only be used to buy goods.
If an item is bought using a gift voucher (including using a gift voucher + payment) and is returned for a refund, we will refund via the original payment method i.e. you will receive a new gift voucher for the same value that was used on the purchased item. If any additional payment was made, then the value will also be refunded to your original payment method.

All discount offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.
The discount offer code must be entered into the voucher code field on the basket page and you must click “apply” for the discount to be deducted from the order.
Unless stated, discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.
Items that are in the sale will be excluded from the discount offers.
